St. Thomas Parish Picnic - OCTOBER-FEST 2017~ Sunday, October 22, Noon to 4 p.m. at the Elm Ave. Park, Delmar. Free Food, Soda, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, A Bouncy-Bounce for children, 50-50 Raffle. A Big Screen T.V. to be raffled off. There are sign-up sheets in the Gathering Hall after each Mass. Please find an attendance sheet in the Gathering Hall and sign up your family so we can estimate food for all attending. Columbus Day ~ The Parish Office will be closed on Monday in observance of the Diocesan holiday for Columbus Day.  There are no services in church scheduled for Monday.
 
Catholic Charities’ Special Collection NEXT WEEK ~  Catholic Charities is partnering with parishes for a special collection October 14-15 to benefit The Campaign for Catholic Charities. Those families that have envelopes will find a Catholic Charities’ envelope in their monthly packet. For those not in the envelope program, there will be special envelopes available at all the entrances of the church or you may donate without an envelope. If you donate by check, please indicate “Catholic Charities” in the memo section. Place all donations in the regular offertory basket. Please consider a generous response to help the working poor close to home in the Albany Diocese.
