MANY THANKS to all those who helped make last Sunday’s parish picnic the success that it was. A good time was had by all. Young and old came together for a few hours of food and fun and new friends were made.
Virtus Training ~ All staff and volunteers of the parish who are 18 years or older must take a Virtus class in order to work/volunteer with children and vulnerable adults in any capacity in our parish. A Virtus class that fulfills this require-ment will be held here at St. Thomas on Sunday, Sept. 22 at 12:15 in the school cafeteria. Register online by going to the diocesan website, www.rcda.org, clicking on the "Protecting Children" tab and then the Virtus Training link. You will be brought to a page that will guide you to 'Sessions and Regis-tration.' Click on our organization, Albany, NY diocese to find this class along with MANY other upcoming sessions offered throughout the diocese and sign up for the one most con-venient for you.

Father Daley's New Contact Information ~ Some of you may already know that Father Daley has recently moved from his home in Delmar. For a number of years he has served as the weekend assistant at Our Lady of the Assumption parish in Latham, presiding at Mass at St. Joseph's Provincial House.
