This Sunday, as we recall the arrival of the Magi with their gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh for the Christ Child, what gifts do we bring? As recipients of God’s greatest gifts: His Son, our lives, the promise of heaven, Creation, how do we show our gratitude? Pope Francis tells us in his work Let Us Dream that our current days of crisis call us to shape a culture of service, caring for the people, the creatures, the environment. Our gift is ourselves in service to one another and the world God has given us.
