1. Mark your calendars for April 4. Two major opportunities to reduce, reuse, recycle will be held at
   • St. Thomas School Annual Garage Sale. Check the bulletin for information, times of drop off and times of sale and what is accepted as donations.
   • The Spring Town of Bethlehem Recycle Day at the Town Park and Garden Day at the Town Compost Site. Look for the Town of Bethlehem brochure in your mail or go online at Town of Bethlehem/Recycling
2. As you continue to recycle plastics, note the numerical marking on the bottom of containers, bottles and other plastics. Judith Enck, former EPA administrator, Professor at Bennington College and Founder of the Beyond Plastics Project teaches that anything marked a 1, 3 or 5 may be recycled; everything else goes in with your trash.
3. Parents and grandparents: gift your children and grandchildren with Greta Thunberg’s inspiring book—No One is Too Small to Make a Difference. It is $10.00 or less at bookstores and online.
