They all depend on pollinators such as bees and butterflies to reproduce. Pollinators are essential to the production of the foods we eat. “Habitat loss, disease, parasites, and environmental contaminants have all contributed to the decline of many species of pollinators,“ according to the US Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
