Audio Orienteering: Experience Soundscape, an audio orienteering smartphone app August 21, 1:30 to 3:30 PM at Five Rivers. The app, designed for use by blind and low vision walkers, can be enjoyed by all ages and abilities. The bells and trumpet sounds of the app will guide you around the nature center trails.

Discover The Pine Bush: Take a guided 0.9 mile hike around the Albany Pine Bush and experience this rare and significant part of Creation. Call (518) 456-0655, stop at the Albany Pine Bush Preserve’s Discovery Center or check the Albany Pine Bush Calendar to make a reservation for the Discover the Pine Bush event, August 28 at 11:00 AM.
