Help. Others. Pray and Encourage
A H.O.P.E. reflection form is to be completed and returned to the Faith Formation Office for the Fall session and the Spring Session. Only 1 form is needed for each session. All service offered in the Fall or Spring would be listed on the one form and the reflection questions answered in consideration of all the service offered during either the Fall or Spring session.
Forms can be returned in either hard copy or electronic to the Faith Formation Office.
