“SPREADING THE JOY OF THE GOSPEL” -- 2018-19 BISHOP’S APPEAL ~ Through the end of June,  we will continue to focus on our 2018-19 Bishop’s Appeal. Our goal this year is $199,166 .To date we have received 348 gifts and pledges, a total of $157,557 (79%) toward our goal. Thank you in advance for your generous support.
 
SAVE A LIFE - BE TRAINED ON THE USE OF THE DEFIBRILATOR ~ We have a defibrillator in the church complex, installed near the "Community" bulletin board.  We will be conducting classes on the use of this equipment in the event someone needs emergency care during Mass or a parish event. The classes will be offered by a paramedic and you will have the option of attending a class in the Gathering Hall on Wednesday, June 13 at either 2 p.m. or 7 p.m.  No prior medical training is necessary but we ask that you only attend if you are committed to offering this aid in time of need.  If you plan to attend, please contact Paul Edmundson at the parish office, 518-439-4951 or   [email protected], and provide your name, choice of class time and your phone number. Parish Picnic Planning Meeting ~ There will be a planning meeting  for the parish picnic on Monday, June 11 at 7 p.m. in the Gathering Hall. All are invited to come  and help with the planning, especially all the young and young at heart parishioners. The picnic will be on Sunday, September 9 at Elm Ave. Park in Delmar.
