Water…essential for life…requires our thoughtful usage as oceans are polluted with plastic and toxic chemicals are leaching into our streams, rivers and lakes. Meatless Recipes For A Healthier World
Choosing plant-based meals aids in reduction of carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions. It also shrinks our "water-footprint." Beef is reported to be one of the most "water-intensive" foods. Creation Care Team is continuing past Lent to offer some of their favorite "meatless meals." This week’s recipes are Ciambotta and a Veggie Scramble.
